Namma Jalamarga
The brief from TAICT for this project was to come up with an innovative name and logo for their new project designed to revive and restore the stormwater drainage system. The name and logo should inspire community, ownership, and action. After extensive research, brainstorming, and AB testing, we christened the project “Namma Jalamarga.” “Namma” means mine; “Jalamarga” means waterways in the local language Kannada. The design inspiration for the logo comes from the canals themselves that surround the community. Working with this team on everything from brand names and communication strategies to presentation decks and design thinking workshops was great.
